• You must not use our website or services to promote illegal activities, prohibited content, or content that violates platform policies (for example Google or Meta policies).
• For advertising regulated verticals (gambling, pharma, crypto, etc.) you must hold all required licenses and comply with platform-specific policies; otherwise we will not run such campaigns.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees, payment schedules and refund policies are set out in individual proposals or contracts. A standard retainer or upfront fee may be required before work begins.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, designs, copy, and assets created by ROLEX remain our property until full payment is received (unless stated otherwise in a written agreement). You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary materials without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROLEX (its owners, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising or SEO — marketing outcomes depend on many external factors.
